Our Japanese knives are made by craftsmen using hammers without using molds. The method of shaping the blade freely by hitting it with a hammer is called "Free forging", and is a major characteristic of Tosa-uchihamono. 

By producing many different types of products in small quantities, we are able to offer a wide variety of knives.

Our products are easy to use and practical, with a finish that shows the attention to detail of the craftsman.

If you are not sure which knife to buy for the first time, we recommend a western style knife. We have a large selection of easy -to -clean western kitchen knives.
