Our international shipments are handled via Japan Post’s EMS service.
Please be advised that the United States has recently suspended its tax exemption policy, resulting in customs duties being applied to imports.
At present, the procedures required by postal and customs authorities to comply with these new regulations remain unclear, making it extremely difficult to ensure smooth operations.
For this reason, we have temporarily suspended shipments to the United States.
