About payment

The accepted cards are as follows:
All credit card companies allow you to pay in full.

If your credit card cannot be used due to your usage status, etc., we will guide you in changing your credit card information or payment method, or cancel your order.
If you do not change your credit card information or payment method within 7 days after we notify you, your order will be automatically cancelled.
If payment is made in installments, revolving payments, or a lump sum bonus payment, the items stipulated in Article 30-2-3, Paragraph 4 of the Installment Sales Act and Article 54, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Regulations of the same Act will be provided in an automatic email after the order is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges at the customer's convenience.

Please contact us within one week in case of initial defect or wrong product.

If you do not contact us within 7 days, we may not be able to respond. Please understand beforehand.

If the product is damaged or stained, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

In the event that we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund.

Except in the case of initial defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.
In addition, even in the case of an initial defect, we may refuse returns or exchanges if the product package is not present.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to color or other image differences, as we are unable to display 100% of the actual product due to the nature of Internet sales, and the appearance of the product will vary depending on the customer's PC (mobile) environment.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if there is any damage during shipping or if the product is defective.
We will replace the product with a new one as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and handling.

Please be sure to contact us before returning the item. We will not accept returns without notification.

We will not accept any other reason than the above.

Before placing an order, please be sure to confirm that the product you plan to purchase is the one you want.
If the product is defective, a manufacturer's recall, or shipped in error, we will replace it or refund your money (if the product is discontinued or cannot be replaced).

Round-trip shipping fee

Credit cards, bank transfers, etc. will be refunded minus the following cancellation fees.

In the event that an item is returned to us

If an item is returned to us due to refusal to receive it or absence for an extended period of time, we will charge the actual return shipping cost, COD fee, and 60% of the item price as a cancellation fee.

If you do not pay, we will ask the debt collection company to do so, but an administration fee plus interest on overdue payments will be added.

Regarding delivery

Information Regarding Shipping Products to the United States

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, duty-free exemptions have been suspended, and customs duties may now be applied upon import.
In addition, as the handling procedures for EMS (Japan Post) shipments remain unclear, all orders to the United States are currently shipped via DHL.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, and related fees incurred upon import are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Furthermore, in the event that a package is returned due to customer-related reasons, we regret that the product cost and shipping fees are non-refundable.
