[Tokuzo] handles Tosa cutlery, a traditional craft with a history of 400 years.
The difference from blades from other production areas is that Tosa blades are generally made by craftsmen, from forging to sharpening and finishing. Manufactured with "free forging" that has a high degree of freedom in shape.
We offer a wide variety of knives, from household knives that are perfect for everyday use to knives that can be used by professionals, at relatively affordable prices that are lower than knives that require division of labor.
