This compact, all-purpose knife is designed for home use and performs exceptionally well in fine, precise tasks.
Made from Ginsan (Silver No. 3) stainless steel, it combines a sharp, refined edge with excellent resistance to corrosion and ease of maintenance.
Each knife is hand-forged individually by skilled craftsmen, with every step—from forging to final polishing—carried out within our workshop. The blade is finished to a refined mirror-polished surface, ensuring smooth cutting performance while helping ingredients maintain clean, well-defined edges.
The handle is crafted from natural wood, featuring a traditional Japanese design with a gently angled upper section and an octagonal shape. It sits comfortably in the hand, providing a secure grip and allowing for prolonged use with minimal strain.
