ご家庭向きの包丁で、肉・魚の調理に向いた包丁です。
今ではめずらしい鍛冶屋の完全手作業による、良質な鋼を使用した磨きの仕上げとなります。
刃は切れ味の鋭い鋼を使い、鋼を挟む金属は模様ではありません。
幾重にも積層をしている金属を研磨した際に現れるもので、見た目にも美しいモデルです。
ハンドルは天然木を使用しており、手になじむことで長時間の調理に対してもストレスなく使用頂けます。
